Specialized cold packaging for items being shipped to warmer regions. Please note that cold shipping is to preserve refrigerated items and prevent chocolate products from melting. In the case that your chocolate is melted upon arrival, please send a picture with your order number to sweet@sweetishcandy.com. 

All items ship from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Please keep in mind that the weather may be warmer here than your area. Cold shipping in the summer months may still be required.
