Franssons Original Polkagrisar Stick 50g

$2.49 USD

Franssons Polkagristillverkning started in 1967 and is one of the oldest polkagri bakeries in Gränna. The name is said to come from the polka dance that was very popular in the 1840s. The pigs were originally “pluttar”, i.e. peppermint toffees, but after a while Amailia launched the polka rice bar, which became Gränna’s main trademark – and one of Sweden’s most popular souvenirs.

Ingredients: Sugar, glucose, vinegar, peppermint aroma (peppermint), color carmine (E120).
